What's on the sheet
- Two partner blocks: name, birth, death and burial, their parents, and any other partners.
- The marriage or union: date and place.
- Up to eight children: name, sex, birth, death, and their partners.
- Sources and notes: where each fact came from.
The sheet says "Partner 1" and "Partner 2" so it works for any couple.
How to use it
- Use one sheet per couple. If someone had children with more than one partner, make a sheet for each partnership and note it in "Other partners".
- Copy facts from documents such as certificates, letters and family Bibles where you can, and note the source.
- Link sheets to your pedigree chart. Write the sheet number next to the couple on your pedigree chart.
- Print at 100% so the boxes keep their full size.
